Job Description
Are you highly organized, analytical, and passionate about improving healthcare operations? We’re looking for a detail-driven Business Operations Specialist to join a mission-driven healthcare team focused on strengthening provider relationships and optimizing the performance of clinically integrated networks and value-based care programs. In this role, you’ll serve as the connective thread between operations and provider engagement-ensuring smooth communication, actionable insights, and improved efficiency for internal teams and external partners.
What You’ll Do:
Support operational workflows and provider network engagement across value-based care and ACO models Manage provider outreach through e-blasts, faxes, and telephony systems, ensuring timely, effective communication Analyze, manipulate, and report on large data sets using Excel and Power BI to identify trends and support decision-making Coordinate resolution of provider inquiries related to claims, attributions, and documentation Maintain accurate records, update shared drives, and support the development of policies and procedures Provide regular reporting and ad-hoc support for internal teams
What You’ll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration-or equivalent experience (5+ years) Minimum of 1 year in healthcare strategy, provider services, or business development Experience managing operational projects of varying scope and complexity
Skills:
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts, VLOOKUP) Familiarity with Power BI for reporting and visualization Highly organized with a strong attention to detail Experience using Microsoft Teams, Salesforce, MailChimp (preferred)
