Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage complex scheduling needs for staff Distribute onboarding tasks to newly hired team members Maintain real-time calendar updates and resolve scheduling conflicts promptly. Communicate schedule changes or confirmations via email/phone. Collaborate with internal teams to understand priorities and availability. Use scheduling tools and platforms (e.g., Google Calendar, Outlook, Calendly, Zoom) efficiently. Prepare and distribute daily/weekly schedules and agendas. Document scheduling protocols and maintain accurate records. Provide administrative support as needed (e.g., meeting minutes, follow-ups, reminders).
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred). Proven experience in administrative, scheduling, or coordinator roles (remote experience a plus). Proficiency with calendar/scheduling software and communication tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom). Excellent time management and organizational skills. Strong verbal and written communication. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities or last-minute requests.
