Job Description

RESIDE IN CENTRAL OR EASTERN TIME ZONE
(W2 ONLY) •100% REMOTE The ideal candidate will be responsible for contact worker’s comp claimants to assist with scheduling of work comp diagnostic or outpatient therapy services. The candidate will be expected to communicate with various customers via phone, email, fax and text while working out of multiple programs including Outlook.
Responsibilities:
On the phone 90% of your shift scheduling Communication Skills is a high priority (speaking with various customers) Strong Emphasis on Customer Service, Employee production and accuracy
Qualifications:
6+ months prior customer service and call center experience in a professional environment – any office location, no preference on industry 6+ month prior experience meeting set performance standards including production and quality. 40+ WPM typing (a typing test will be given) Ability to navigate multiple computer programs at once Must have ability to connect to internet via ethernet cable They prefer candidates in the following states: Iowa, Nebraska, South Dakota, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Texas (but not limit to these states) Nice to have: Prior medical experience is preferred but not required (could be as CNA, health insurance, clinical, etc.) so that terminology does not have to be taught.
