(Please note that for this role, it is necessary to be located within a 30-minute commute from our office.)As an Operations Assistant, you’ll support critical internal functions, helping our team stay organized, efficient, and focused on success. From handling HR paperwork to coordinating schedules and ensuring office operations run smoothly, you’ll play a vital role in our daily success. What Does a Successful Operations Assistant Do at DAVRON? The ideal candidate will be responsible for: Generating and managing invoices (we’ll provide training) Following up on client collections (training included) Preparing HR-related forms and documentation Assisting with employee onboarding and HR support Organizing and maintaining employee records and files Answering and directing incoming calls in a professional manner Monitoring and replenishing office supply inventory (snacks, paper goods, etc.) Performing administrative tasks and supporting leadership Tracking employee attendance and time-off records Conducting basic data entry and maintaining records Scheduling internal and external meetings and appointments Who Thrives in This Role? We’re looking for someone who is: Highly organized and detail-oriented Mathematically inclined and comfortable working with numbers Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook Professional in communication and phone etiquette A team player with a positive attitude Responsible, dependable, and eager to learn Experience in administrative support or bookkeeping is a plus, but not required—we’re happy to train the right person!
