The Ideal Candidate will possess the following skills / qualifications Confirm orders and check for accuracy in quantities shipped, pricing, etc. Help expedite orders when required Track orders and supply tracking information to customers Handle shipping discrepancies Help to ensure deliveries are shipped in a timely manner Enter all vendor communication and updated status information into Quickbooks Process RFQ’s by sourcing vendors with best pricing and lead time, and providing customers with timely RFQ responses. Process orders by placing Purchase Orders with suppliers to meet customer needs while verifying all required documentation. Assisting in the successful growth of the company; driving the company to achieve and surpass sales and profitability by continuing to deliver exceptional levels of customer service and helping us expand in our area of core expertise. : Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite software (i.e.
