Job Description:

We’re looking for a proactive and persuasive appointment setter to reconnect with leads who previously expressed interest in a bathroom remodel but didn’t move forward. This is NOT cold calling. You’ll be reaching out to warm leads — people who already interacted with us but didn’t buy. Your job is to uncover why, reignite the conversation, and schedule a follow-up appointment with our sales team. If you’re someone who thrives on meaningful conversations, can handle objections with empathy, and knows how to turn a “no” into a “maybe” (or even a “yes”) — we want to talk to you. ✅

Responsibilities:

Call, text, and/or email past leads from our CRM (you’ll have full access to lead info) Rebuild rapport and uncover reasons the lead did not convert Qualify the prospect’s current interest or situation Set appointments for our closers/sales team Update lead statuses and notes in our CRM Follow up consistently and professionally ????

Requirements:

Proven experience in appointment setting or inside sales (B2C or B2B) Excellent spoken and written English Confident phone presence — you sound clear, warm, and professional Strong objection-handling and conversation skills Self-starter with the ability to follow scripts and adjust as needed Comfortable working in office ????
