Overview:
Earthscapes Landscaping is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Design Operations Coordinator to support daily operations and drive efficiency across our teams. This role ensures smooth project execution, strong client communication, and internal coordination to help deliver top-tier landscaping projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination:
Support the Installation Coordinator in managing project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Client Support:
Respond to client inquiries and route them to the appropriate personnel.
Documentation & Data Entry:
Maintain accurate contracts, invoices, reports, and other records.
Team Support:
Assist with reports, internal communications, and team coordination.
Culture Events:
Plan and organize company events that align with our values and culture.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Sharepoint) Friendly, professional, and customer-focused Able to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines Basic knowledge of invoicing and expense tracking Interest in landscaping industry is a plus
