Key Responsibilities 1st shift 7:30am – 4:00pm Monday – Friday Maintain continuous surveillance of material status to ensure that problem areas are identified and addressed to prevent impact to production and program goals. Take action to prevent, minimize or eliminate any impacts due to material problems. Report the status of material to allow other functional groups to focus their efforts to effectively support program material goals. Cycle counts Physical inventory and reconciliation. Follow necessary procedures, controls, analysis, and records to ensure an effective and auditable inventory control system. Coordinate/execute material transfers. Managing and running program open order reports. Coordinate physical inventories, reconciliations and reporting of material in support of on-going programs, program close-outs, and terminations. Material availability review. Continuous improvement.
