Role Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced Install Operations Coordinator to manage daily landscape installation operations. You’ll coordinate field teams, subcontractors, and schedules, working closely with the owner, purchasing manager, and design operations coordinator to ensure projects run efficiently and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily install operations and project timelines Schedule field crews and subcontractors Support the design-to-installation process Communicate with homeowners and project managers Attend meetings on design, installation, and budgets
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred Experience in landscaping or construction project management Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools Strong leadership and communication skills Adaptable, organized, and solution-oriented
