Job Description

Operations Coordinator Olive Leaf Staging Clearwater, FL 33760 • Hybrid work We’re a boutique home staging company serving the Tampa Bay area with stylish, intentional design that helps homes sell faster and for more. We’re small, growing fast, and looking for a reliable, adaptable team member who thrives in a fast-moving, behind-the-scenes role.

The Role:

We’re hiring an Operations & Admin Coordinator to support our day-to-day operations, client communications, and project scheduling. You’ll work directly with the owner to keep the business running smoothly—from proposals and scheduling to coordinating team members and keeping projects on track. This role is perfect for someone who: Loves checklists, structure, and clear follow-through Can pivot quickly when the plan changes (because it will) Is happy to do a little bit of everything—from sending emails to helping load a van if needed Is eager to learn and grow into a leadership position over time

THIS IS NOT A STAGING OR DESIGN POSITION.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond to inquiries and send proposals Schedule projects and coordinate team availability Communicate clearly with clients, movers, and staging assistants Keep internal systems organized (Trello, Google Drive, CRM) Track progress and follow up to make sure nothing falls through the cracks Assist with occasional client visits, stages, or consults (if comfortable)

What We’re Looking For:

Super organized with excellent written and verbal communication Calm under pressure and comfortable juggling multiple priorities Resourceful and solution-oriented—your instinct is “I’ll figure it out” Friendly, professional, and comfortable with light client interaction Local to Tampa Bay with reliable transportation Comfortable with a mix of remote and in-person work Tech savvy (or willing to learn fast)—Trello, Google Drive, CRM, etc.

Bonus:

You’ve worked in real estate, design, or a service-based business before—but it’s not required.

Part-time to start (20-30 hrs/week), with potential to grow

Pay:

$22-$28/hr depending on experience Hybrid role: mostly remote with some in-person as needed Growth potential: This role could evolve into a Manager-level position over time
