Job Duties Assist sales team with proposal creation and drawings. Coordinate the installation and service call schedule with Team Leaders. Manage Purchasing, including ordering, receiving and managing inventory. Review project progress in the field as needed, in cooperation with Project Managers and Team Leads. Other duties as assigned. Qualities Ability to interact and work effectively with others at different levels of the organization. Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment while remaining focused and carrying out tasks in a timely and accurate manner. Organized, detail-oriented, dependable and trustworthy as you will come in contact with complex and sensitive documents. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Education/Experience High school diploma or equivalent Experience with low voltage installations and Control 4 is a plus

Work Environment:

Office-based position located in Oldsmar, Florida Occasional visits to job sites as needed. Must-Haves Must have a clean Florida driver license Must have reliable transportation Must be able to pass a background check Flexibility to travel or work overtime as necessary
