Operations Specialist Position Available In Pinellas, Florida

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Specialist to join our clients’ team. The Specialist will be responsible for site operations and optimizing our workspaces to create a productive and engaging environment for employees. $20-$25/hour Temp for 6 months at this time What you’ll do day-to-day: Conduct assessments of current spaces, analyzing space utilization, employee needs, and efficiency. Strong project management skills are important for overseeing projects from conception to completion. Develop workplace strategies and solutions that promote collaboration, innovation, and employee well-being. Coordinate and collaborate with external vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure the successful implementation of services Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to collaborate with various stakeholders, understand their needs, and present solutions effectively. The ability to build relationships, negotiate, and influence decision-making is important. Collaborate with facilities to ensure the effective use of available space and resources. Manage budgets and timelines for projects.

About you:

3+ years of experience in operations, event management or hospitality Experience in change management, administration, and vendor management Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, working autonomously, and navigate ambiguity with ease Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and emotional intelligence Strong interpersonal skills and ability to quickly build rapport with internal and external partners Excellent problem solving skills, with an ability to recognize opportunities and develop ways of addressing them
