The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating appointments, and ensuring efficient communication between clients and staff. This role is essential in maintaining smooth operations within the office and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities Answering incoming calls and responding to forms in a timely manner. Manage and maintain calendars for multiple staff members, ensuring optimal scheduling of appointments and meetings. Coordinate client appointments, including confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling as necessary. Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately. Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records. Assist with office management tasks to ensure a well-organized workspace. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Maintain effective communication with team members to facilitate collaboration and workflow. Skills Proficiency in Microsoft and Acculynx is highly desirable. Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Experience in office management or similar roles is preferred. Excellent calendar management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently. Exceptional customer service skills to foster positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
