We’re looking for a Scheduler to keep our projects running on time and organized from excavation to final walk-through. Job Summary The Scheduler plays a critical role in coordinating all phases of pool construction. This position requires someone who is extremely organized, a strong communicator, and comfortable managing multiple timelines. Experience in the pool or construction industry is a plus , but not required. Responsibilities Schedule and coordinate all phases of pool construction from dig to completion Maintain and update job progress in internal project management system Keep construction phases scheduled a minimum of one week in advance Communicate daily with subcontractors and internal team on scheduling needs Support Upper Management with updates for weekly construction meetings Identify delays or inefficiencies and recommend scheduling adjustments Ensure jobs are completed, documented, and properly closed out Occasionally communicate with customers for scheduling confirmation Qualifications Previous scheduling, project coordination, or construction admin experience Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace Experience in pool construction is a plus Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Opportunities for growth within a supportive team The chance to be a key part of delivering dream backyards to families A fast-paced, purpose-driven work environment Apply today with your resume and a brief note about why you’re interested!
