We are a reputable and fast-paced law firm serving clients throughout Florida. Our team is committed to professionalism, efficiency, and providing high-quality legal services. We are currently seeking a Scheduling Assistant to join our administrative team. Although this is a remote position, applicants must reside in the Tampa Bay area due to occasional in-person meetings or document handling requirements.

Position Summary:

The Scheduling Assistant plays a vital role in supporting our attorneys and paralegals with day-to-day scheduling and administrative needs. This position requires excellent communication skills, organizational ability, and a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately Schedule depositions, hearings, Zoom/Teams meetings Draft and file Notices of Hearing and Notices of Taking Deposition E-Filing of court documents Coordinate calendars with courts, clients, and opposing counsel Maintain and manage digital files and case records Perform general clerical and administrative tasks as needed Support attorneys and staff with routine office and case-related matters

Qualifications:

Must reside in the Tampa Bay area (this is a requirement) Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and case management software Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment
