At Modern Day Smiles , we’re seeking a Scheduling Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about helping patients stay on track with their dental health. As the first voice our patients hear, you’ll play a key role in building trust, filling the schedule, and ensuring every patient receives the attention and care they deserve.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Schedule, confirm, and follow up on patient appointments and treatment plans Make outbound calls to reactivate patients and keep the schedule full Respond to patient inquiries and reschedule appointments as needed Track and follow up with patients who have unscheduled treatment Maintain accurate records in dental software Coordinate with clinical and front office teams to optimize daily flow Deliver an exceptional experience at every touchpoint

What We’re Looking For:

Dental office experience is required Excellent phone and communication skills Confidently presenting treatment plans and encouraging follow-through Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Experience with dental software (Eaglesoft, Dentrix, etc.) preferred A positive, professional, and patient-focused attitude Fluency in Spanish is a plus Full-time availability –
