Based on experience Are you looking to get in on the ground floor of something big? We’re launching a fast-growing roof cleaning company and are looking for a reliable, organized, and driven Start-Up Operations Coordinator to help us build the foundation for long-term success. This is not a remote role, you’ll be personally trained in-house by our leadership team in our local office, learning all aspects of our systems, customer service, scheduling, team coordination, and more. You’ll be a critical part of our launch and ongoing daily operations.

What You’ll Do:

Assist in setting up and streamlining day-to-day operations Schedule and dispatch roof cleaning jobs Handle inbound/outbound customer communication (calls, texts, emails) Maintain records in our CRM system Track crew performance and help enforce accountability Support hiring, onboarding, and office procedures as we grow Contribute to marketing and sales follow-up when needed

What We’re Looking For:

Organized and detail-oriented Great communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable using office and scheduling software (training provided) Able to take initiative and adapt quickly in a start-up environment Ideally has experience in home services, admin support, or customer service Willing to grow into a leadership role as the company expands
