Position Overview:
The Director of Operations plays a vital role in the daily function and long-term success of our real estate team. This individual will be the engine that keeps our systems running smoothly while supporting our agents and clients from contract to close—and beyond. You’ll implement and manage processes, improve team efficiency, and foster a culture of excellence and accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
Email & Calendar Management Monitor and respond to team inboxes Manage and coordinate team calendar, appointments, and deadlines Transaction Coordination & Client Experience Build and maintain streamlined systems for contract-to-close transactions Oversee and enhance post-closing communication and follow-up to ensure a memorable client experience Onboarding & Training Create training materials and onboarding systems for new agents and employees Lead orientation and skills training for new hires Team Operations & Agent Support Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for all agent operational needs Troubleshoot, delegate, and problem-solve to keep the team running smoothly Marketing & Social Media Oversee the execution and scheduling of team social media content Ensure brand consistency across platforms and manage third-party vendors as needed Pipeline & Lead Management Monitor CRM and pipeline systems to ensure leads are properly tracked and followed up Assist with lead distribution and accountability processes Client & Vendor Relationships Field initial inbound business line calls and direct to the appropriate team member Build and manage vendor lists for client services and team needs Plan and coordinate client appreciation and vendor events
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Experience in the real estate industry Prior experience in operations, preferably within a sales environment Strong organizational and project management skills Excellent written and verbal communication High level of professionalism, discretion, and problem-solving ability Comfort with CRM systems and tech tools, particularly Follow Up Boss and Command Why Join Us?
