Wellness Services Scheduler 4.2 4.2 out of 5 stars Lakeland, FL 33813 As an Wellness Service Scheduler at Ultra Cryo & Recovery, you will play a key role in nurturing and developing relationships with potential clients to drive sales and promote our wellness services. You will have the opportunity to engage with leads, provide personalized attention, and guide them through our offerings to encourage conversion and promote our sales process. You will be responsible for scheduling appointments, managing client inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities Task may include, but are not limited to: Engage with leads and prospects through various communication channels including phone calls, emails, and text messages. Build and cultivate relationships with potential clients to understand their needs, preferences, and wellness goals. Utilize lead management systems and CRM tools to track interactions, follow-ups, and progress with leads. Develop and implement effective lead nurturing strategies to move prospects through the sales funnel and convert them into clients. Conduct outbound calls and outreach campaigns to nurture leads and encourage bookings. Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing team to optimize lead generation and conversion processes. Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, preferences, and progress in CRM systems and Excel. Meet or exceed lead conversion targets and sales quotas to contribute to business growth and revenue goals. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the lead nurturing process, ensuring a positive and supportive experience for prospects. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills in lead management and client engagement. Contribute to team meetings and strategy sessions to brainstorm ideas and initiatives for improving the booking process and conversion rates. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing campaigns, lead generation efforts, and client conversion strategies. Maintain a follow-up calendar for leads who are unable to book due to time constraints by logging their availability and ensuring timely, proactive outreach is completed to maximize conversion opportunities.
Qualifications:
Educations, Experience & Skills Required:
Go High Level Experience is required! Excel proficiency is required! High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or customer service roles, preferably within the wellness or healthcare industry. Proficiency in using CRM software and lead management tools to track and manage client interactions. Proficiency in using scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and engaging demeanor. Solid organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively. Self-starter with initiative who can work in a fast-paced and changing environment and is able to handle multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously. Ability to work independently. Ability to develop effective working relationships with other departments and programs within Ultra. Ability to learn and manage multiple operational systems. Ability to prioritize and manage workload and deadlines. Ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Proven ability to adapt to changing priorities. Associated Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of information and deal with abstract and concrete variables. Can multitask while maintaining a pleasant, friendly conversation. N/A Working Environment Work is performed in a typical interior office setting with moderate noise levels in addition to managing multiple projects at one time that may be interrupted frequently to meet the needs and request of employees, customers, and/or management. Working Conditions/ Physical Requirements Physical activities include using fingers to type, etc., talking, and hearing in a sedentary work environment. Lifting and exerting up to 25 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Review Procedures A regular review and evaluation of the employees’ work performance will be conducted.
