Flight Scheduler Florida Flight Training Center 160 Airport Avenue East, Venice, FL 34285 Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing schedules to ensure efficient operations. This role requires a strong understanding of time management and the ability to analyze complex scheduling needs while adhering to Federal Aviation Regulations. The Scheduler will play a crucial role in optimizing workflow and supporting the overall mission of our organization. Duties Develop and maintain schedules for various operations Analyze scheduling needs and make adjustments as necessary to optimize efficiency. Coordinate with team members and departments to ensure all scheduling requirements are met. Maintain accurate records of schedules, changes, and communications. Qualifications Proven experience in scheduling or a related field is preferred. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Familiarity with Federal Aviation Regulations is a plus. Excellent analytical skills to assess scheduling needs and make informed decisions. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing individual responsibilities. Proficient in using scheduling software and tools. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey information clearly.
