We are looking for a Medical Scheduler to join our team in Sarasota, Florida. Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound calls effectively, addressing patient inquiries and concerns.
- Assist patients with scheduling appointments and resolving scheduling conflicts.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless scheduling and record-keeping processes.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive patient information.

- Minimum of one to three years of experience in staff scheduling and medical records.

- Experience with EHR systems, CRM tools, and medical technologies such as ADP, Allscripts, and Cerner.
