Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily scheduling and dispatch of home inspectors and service technicians Coordinate professionally with clients, realtors, and team members to ensure smooth service delivery Handle inbound service inquiries and recommend appropriate inspection or pest control add-ons Proactively identify and offer relevant upgrades or bundled service packages to maximize value Maintain accurate tracking of schedules, follow-ups, and upsell activity Contribute to performance benchmarks and report on sales conversion trends ✅

What We’re Looking For:

Organized, high-output professional who takes ownership of systems and outcomes Strong verbal communication and persuasive problem-solving skills Confidence offering solutions that improve customer experience and increase revenue Experience with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and dispatch or call coordination Motivated by performance metrics, team accountability, and advancement ✅

Monday-Friday, occasional Saturdays (flex day midweek available)

Based on experience + incentive potential tied to upselling performance
