In this role, you will serve as a face of Vesta to our customers, working with multiple vendors and coordinating various administrative activities for customers on a daily basis. Things like helping new customers (medical providers) onboard to our services, applying your learnings from previous days to answer customer and vendor needs thoroughly, and communicating professionally and efficiently via phone and email.
