The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing exceptional support to both staff and owners. This position requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in scheduling software, and a strong understanding of clinic operations. Responsibilities Manage patient appointments, including scheduling, confirming, and rescheduling as needed. Maintain accurate patient records and care plans Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette. Collaborate with staff to ensure efficient clinic operations and patient flow. Perform general administrative tasks such as creating invoices, auditing files, scheudeling, responding to new inquires , and maintaining office supplies. Experience Previous experience as a scheduler, assistant or in a similar administrative role within a clinic setting is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on phone etiquette. A proactive attitude with strong organizational skills and attention to detail is essential for success in this role.
