Job Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls and address customer inquiries during business hours, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for field repair technicians.
- Call customers to confirm next-day appointments.
- Collaborate with field repair technicians to manage schedules efficiently.
- Post photos to Facebook and other social media platforms.
- Perform various office duties as needed.
- Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation and scheduling tasks.
- Ensure each service call is completed and photos uploaded in company cam
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Previous experience in a scheduling or customer service role is preferred.
