Scheduling Coordinator:
In this vital administrative role, the Scheduling Coordinator will help keep the office running smoothly and support the team with a variety of organizational tasks, including: Answering incoming calls, transferring lines, checking voicemails, and greeting guests
Scheduling inspections and maintaining calendars
Monitoring and responding to emails in a timely, professional manner
Performing general clerical duties such as filing, office organization, and note-taking
Assisting with internal events and coordinating logistics as needed
Supporting various departments with administrative needs as assigned
Preferred Qualifications for the
Scheduling Coordinator:
2+ years of experience in an Administrative Assistant or Office Support role
Prior experience with scheduling appointments, meetings, or field service visits
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
