As a Marketing Representative In House you would be responsible for receiving pre arrival allocations of upcoming arrivals of Hilton Grand Vacations Club Members, RCI exchangers, renters and marketing identified customers staying on property. Calls will be made to these assigned leads before they arrive offering customer/marketing services and inviting all arrivals that are eligible on a qualified timeshare sales presentation during their stay. You would provide customer services to all guests projecting a professional company image. After the guests check in you will conduct in room calls to owners, renters and exchanges to book them on a presentation if they were not collected at face to face at check in. You will be responsible for following up and providing customer service. Qualifications What are we looking for?
