Temporary Assignment Part-Time Outbound Appointment Setter Ideal Conditions Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc Jacksonville, FL 32208 We are seeking a motivated and reliable Temporary Part-Time Outbound Appointment Setter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for our maintenance team. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys interacting with people and working in a fast-paced environment. Schedule is flexible during business hours. 3 days a week with the potential for additional if needed based on your availability. This is a great opportunity for someone in school or with a limited day time schedule, or on summer break. Must be at least 18. No experience in our trade is necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients from a provided lead list Schedule appointments for our Maintenance Department Accurately enter appointments in our dispatching software (training will be provided) Follow call scripts and maintain a high level of professionalism Meet weekly call targets
