In this role, you will be responsible for initiating contact with potential clients through warm and outbound calling strategies. Your primary goal will be to generate qualified appointments for our sales team, leveraging your communication skills and technical sales knowledge. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, familiarity with Salesforce, and the ability to negotiate effectively. Responsibilities Conduct warm calling to engage potential clients and introduce our services. Utilize outbound calling techniques to identify prospects and generate interest. Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and present appropriate solutions. Maintain accurate records of interactions in Salesforce and track progress towards goals. Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies for appointment generation. Stay updated on industry trends and technology sales practices to enhance communication with prospects. Qualifications Proven experience in a sales environment, preferably in technical or technology sales. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence potential clients. Proficient in using software tools, particularly Salesforce, for tracking leads and managing customer relationships. Excellent verbal communication skills in English; ability to articulate ideas clearly and confidently. Experience with warm calling and outbound calling strategies is highly desirable. A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
