This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-centered environment and enjoys keeping operations smooth, compliant, and professional. You’ll serve as the friendly face of our company , the backbone of our front office, and the go-to person for both security officers and a students experience . A Brief overview of “Your Day-to-Day” job functions: Training Center Support Handle student inquiries, phone sales, registrations, and class census Provide assistance in-store security duty gear purchases Manage state-required paperwork, reset classrooms, support instructors Keep students informed, comfortable, and confident from enrollment to graduation Track leads, follow up with prospects, and support executive directives Security Agency Support Coordinate employee onboarding, HR file management, and orientation events Communicate with field officers, security team, clients, and property managers Follow up with prospective clients, and assist in hiring coordination and scheduling Administrative Operations Manage phone lines, emails, scheduling, filing, and clerical tasks Maintain compliance documents for licensing and certification Assist management team with reporting, scheduling, and communication Keep operations professional, polished, and client-ready ✅ You’re a

Compensation:
