& Beyond is seeking a Human Resources professional with experience in supporting core HR processes to work remotely with occasional local area commuting to client locations, to join its team of Human Resources Professionals. Who we’re looking for: Super flexible and committed HR Rock Star with the following profile: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience). At least 2-5 years of proven experience processing payroll, preferably with multi-states. Knowledge and experience with one or more of the following systems: Paylocity, ADP Workforce Now, Paycor, UKG, Paycom, Heartland, etc. Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, etc.). Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Detail-oriented and proactive problem-solving skills. Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams. Excellent math and numerical skills.
What you would do:
Support the execution of all HR transactions and administration on behalf of multiple clients, such as recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, payroll processing, benefits administration, HRIS implementations and regulatory compliance. Maintain regular HRIS input for multiple clients by collecting relevant employee lifecycle information, such as personal data, benefits, and compensation details. Support recruitment efforts for multiple clients in job ad posting, candidate selection, prescreening and interviewing. Respond to payroll-related inquiries from clients and their employees and provide excellent customer service. Asist with client HRIS system optimization and implementations. Process new employee onboardings and offboardings Assist with other projects and tasks as needed.
