Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsive Guest Services & Reservation Coordinator to support our growing portfolio of 30 vacation rental units. This role focuses on managing booking systems (PMS) and providing high-quality guest communication through Airbnb and other platforms. You will work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and a five-star guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to guest inquiries, pre-booking questions, and special requests in a timely and professional manner Send automated and custom messages for check-in, check-out, and post-stay follow-up Monitor and update calendars, reservations, pricing, and availability across multiple platforms via PMS Track and manage guest reviews, escalating concerns when necessary Assist with coordinating last-minute changes or issues related to guest stays Maintain consistency and accuracy in listings, rules, and guest information Flag and report technical or booking issues to the

Operations Manager Requirements:

1-2 years experience in hospitality, short-term rentals, or customer service Familiarity with Airbnb, and property management software (preferred) Excellent written communication skills and a polite, problem-solving attitude Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple guest conversations at once Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends if needed Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
