Overview :

Looking for an energetic and friendly scheduler who can handle a multi-line phone system for a busy Dermatology practice. Great at multitasking with excellent computer skills, familiar with electronic health records and medical terminology, a plus. You will be working alongside a team of well-known professionals, highly regarded, who put our patients above all else. Essential Job Functions Promptly and professionally answering telephone calls Assists with scheduling appointments Call patients as required to reschedule or schedule appointments Transcribe complete messages and repeat information to verify accuracy. Input and retrieve messages Sitting for long periods of time Ability to communicate effectively with patients and all levels of personnel in a professional, courteous, and effective manner using excellent customer service skills.

• This is a full-time position 35 to 40 hours a week
