We are seeking energetic team players who enjoy working in a fast-paced lumber manufacturing environment. Our operations team wears many hats, and each day brings variety and hands-on experience. This is a great opportunity to learn new skills, gain valuable industry experience, and grow with a company that values individual contributions. This is a temporary-to-permanent position, with the potential to transition into full-time permanent employment based on performance, attendance, and team fit. The role requires a minimum of 40 hours per week. Eligible for overtime. Prior experience in lumber manufacturing or a woodworking environment required.
