This position is crucial in ensuring seamless support for our clients and loan officers throughout the mortgage process, from initial application to closing. Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive support throughout the mortgage process, from application submission to final closing. Manage and track transaction progress, ensuring all milestones are met in a timely manner. Coordinate with clients, loan officers, underwriters, and title companies to ensure smooth communication and documentation flow. Review and verify loan documents for accuracy and compliance with industry standards. Proactively identify and address potential issues to avoid delays in the transaction timeline. Maintain detailed and organized records within the CRM and other tracking systems. Assist in preparing and distributing disclosures, updates, and closing packages. Provide social media support, including posting updates and engaging with clients as needed (experience in this area is a plus).

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail is essential to ensure accuracy and compliance. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple transactions simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clients and team members. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems; mortgage-related software experience is a plus. Experience in the mortgage or real estate industry is preferred but not required. Social media management experience is a plus, with the ability to create engaging posts and updates.
