Summary As an Expeditor at Carpets Unlimited, you will play a vital role in ensuring the timely delivery and coordination of flooring materials and products, assist sales team and office staff. This position is essential for maintaining our high standards of customer service and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Coordinate the delivery of flooring materials for job sites efficiently and on schedule. Assist in managing inventory levels to ensure adequate stock for ongoing projects. Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding project timelines and material needs. Utilize scheduling software while assisting office staff, sales team and installers as needed Support the the installers with administrative & scheduling tasks when required Maintain a clean and organized work environment on construction sites. Requirements Experience in the flooring industry or related fields is preferred. Strong knowledge scheduling and inventory software Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients. Basic understanding of floor installations & restoration processes is a plus. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
