Job Summary:
As the Fashion Operations Coordinator/Owner’s Assistant, you will be responsible for: Inventory management Assisting in onboarding of new hires Packaging and shipping of orders First to see all new products Getting shipments from box to the racks Lead team members in normal daily tasks Assisting in filing gaps on the sales floor staff when needed

Daily/Weekly Responsibilities and Duties:
Manage operations email (vendor communication, application inquiries, order issues and returns, team communication, delivery tracking) Printing + packing customer orders Weekly supply checks, organization, & orders Communication with social team, owner, and floor managers about any special circumstances for orders/customers Supervising/assisting team members as they package orders & process Inventory Assisting owner with day to day operations & workflow of the store Inputting new inventory into Shopify and various Google spreadsheets Keeping the back of the house organized.
Other Responsibilities:
Interviewing and onboarding new employees Training new hires Creating schedules and managing all employee time off requests Handling damages on current inventory Occasionally working sales floor • 30-40 hours each week Proficient in Google Suite, Shopify, and general applications Highly organized Great multitasking Team player Leadership skills High attention to detail Strong initiative and problem solver Communication skills Weekend availability
