The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating with Supervisors, and ensuring efficient office operations within a construction setting. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with builders. Responsibilities Manage and coordinate appointment schedules for builders. Verify information that is required for plumbing installs. Maintain accurate records and builder files. Utilize scheduling software manage schedules and builder information effectively. Assist in the preparation of plumbing installs and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately. Provide excellent customer service by addressing builder inquiries and resolving scheduling conflicts promptly. Support office operations by performing tasks such as 10 key typing and general administrative duties. Pull permits and request inspections. Call and maintain locates. Qualifications Previous office setting is preferred. Proficient in using microsoft. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with builders and supervisors. Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records and handling sensitive information.
