Are you passionate about optimizing production processes and ensuring timely delivery of products? ADM is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Production Scheduler to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling production activities, ensuring efficient use of resources, and maintaining seamless coordination between production, inventory, and supply chain management. Responsibilities:
Plan and schedule production activities. Maintain understanding of manufacturing capabilities and supply chain processes. Seek opportunities for continuous improvement and facilitate change. Collaborate with the Operations team for short-term efficiencies and long-term process improvements. Develop and maintain inventory sheets for key customers. Provide detailed visibility on planned production levels to internal stakeholders. Maintain system attributes to drive production signals and balance materials. Understand testing requirements and their impact on the production schedule. Utilize MRP and system attributes to build the production schedule. Monitor production across departments and react as necessary. Communicate production scheduling-related customer delays. Run reports to review material shortages. Respond to expedite requests and communicate customer order delays promptly. Ensure individual goals align with company goals. Develop a good understanding of local facility operations. Handle scheduling and planning of branded ingredients
Physical Demands:
This position requires the ability to work in a variety of conditions such as an office environment and indoors/outdoors, as well as physical demands such as standing, kneeling, and sitting for prolonged periods of time. Must be able to operate a computer and other relevant office equipment for prolonged periods. Work Environment:

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors. The pay range for this position is expected to be between: $52,000.00 – $85,000.00
