Under the supervision of the Design Standards Unit Manager and the Assistant Manager, the selected candidate(technical aide/scheduler)will be responsible for document management and scheduling of the Tenant Alteration Application (TAA).

Specific responsibilities include:

log in, filing all construction documents including confidential and privileged documents and transferring said document to Document Control, schedule review of documents by technical disciplines, maintain database for all incoming and outgoing project documents and document review activities, prepare reports on TAAs received and review status, as necessary. The potential candidates must meet the following minimum requirements: 1. Expertise in procedures for handling, filling, and transfer of engineering and confidential documents. 2. Ability to schedule review of construction documents by technical disciplines. 3. Five to ten years’ experience in records management and/or scheduling in an architectural or engineering firm. 4. Interpersonal and effective communication skills, both oral and written, including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. 5. Demonstrate ability to work independently. 6. Good organizational skills and work ethics.
