Operations Assistant Hero Roofing Newnan, GA 30265 Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls related to production, job status, scheduling, and field inquiries. Monitor and respond to production-related emails promptly and professionally, ensuring all inquiries are addressed or redirected as needed. Coordinate and communicate installation and service dates with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams in conjunction with the project coordinator. Accurately complete and submit roofing permit applications in compliance with local municipal requirements; follow up on permit status and ensure timely approvals. Maintain detailed records of job progress and timelines within Hero’s CRM to keep all parties informed. Facilitate communication between sales, production, and field teams to ensure clarity and alignment on project timelines and customer expectations. Support daily operations with administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and report generation.
