We are currently seeking a Document Scanning & Imaging Specialist responsible for the accurate and timely scanning and imaging of client documents received via U.S. Mail, overnight delivery, and local courier services. In this role, you will operate high-speed scanning equipment, ensuring all documents are processed in accordance with departmental standards and client requirements. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and efficiency are essential.

salary:

$17.99 – $18 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 7:30 PM – 6 AM
education: High School Responsibilities Responsible for the day-to-day scanning and imaging of customer/client documents received via US mail, overnight mail and local courier.
Individual ensures that the documents are scanned/imaged appropriately, following department guidelines.
Position requires the operation of high speed machinery used to scan/image documents
User maintenance on machine, extracting documents from envelope, identifying exception transactions; cash handling, credit card payments and foreign items.
Responsible for performing Match and Compare, Health Logic Match and Compare and Special Health Logic Match and Compare as requested by client.
Ability to identify different work flows, and document retention. The essential functions of this role include:
