Crafted Highlights:
In the role of Labor Scheduler working in Albany, GA, you will be responsible for the hourly labor scheduling process for the Albany Brewery. Position includes developing the labor schedule to support the production schedule while following department overtime guidelines and labor contract, which is critical for this job. This position reports to the Packaging Unit Manager and works closely with the Operations Leadership team and Union Leadership team to ensure the quality and the timeliness of the labor schedule published.
What You’ll Be Brewing:
Coordinate department labor schedule, (i.e.: weekly crewing, overtime, vacation sign-up and planning, includes training schedule etc.) Participate in weekly Training and Labor Planning meetings to identify specific labor requests. Work with Operations Leadership to coordinate special meeting requests. Be available to department employees for any questions/concerns the employee may have.

You a High School Diploma/GED and are 21+ Must be available to work overtime, weekends, and holidays and demonstrate willingness to flex hours for special training needs and coverage. Good interpersonal skills/customer service You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities. You take accountability for results•acting with integrity and honoring commitments. You have a thirst for learning•you are always looking for ways to learn and help one another grow.
