Aptean is hiring full-time AI Validation Specialists to help us test and improve our AI-driven ERP software using real-world experience, not a background in tech. This is a rare opportunity to pivot your career into SaaS and AI without needing to be a developer or a system architect.
This role is ideal for warehouse managers, production leads, inventory controllers, or logistics professionals who want to contribute to next-generation technology without needing a technical background.
This is a full-time, on-site opportunity at our Alpharetta, GA office. You’ll join an awesome team to support our growing customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

Simulate procurement, inventory, warehouse, production, and shipping activities in our sandbox ERP environment
Test whether AI-assisted workflows match real-world needs and identify gaps or inefficiencies
Share detailed and actionable feedback with our product team to help improve accuracy and usability
Create training guides and contribute to demo sessions for non-technical ERP users
Build toward long-term opportunities in consulting, product testing, or implementation
About You
Industry background in life sciences, cosmetics, nutraceuticals, nutrition, or dietary supplements
Hands-on experience in supply chain, inventory, warehousing, or production management
Familiar with the flow of goods, production scheduling, and fulfillment logistics
Detail-oriented and curious; capable of spotting when workflows don’t make sense
Willing to learn ERP systems and contribute to AI product development over time
Genuinely excited to work with AI, eager to learn about conversational and generative technologies, and open to partnering with our product team to shape the future of AI-driven ERP
