Pay Structure:

$18/hour $350 per sold appointment Paid weekly Week 1 (Training Week): Flat $250 guaranteed Week 2 (First week in the field): Earn $18/hr OR $250 minimum (if you don’t book any appointments) Week 3 and on: Must hit 3 appointments OR 1 sale per week to qualify for $18/hr (If not hit, no hourly pay — bonuses still apply)

Can you commit to all of these hours each week? Are you willing and able to drive up to 30-45 minutes to assigned neighborhoods each workday? Do you have your own reliable car for transportation? After your first two weeks of paid training, this position requires that you either book at least 3 appointments or generate 1 sale per week to continue getting paid ($18/hr + commissions). Are you confident in your ability to meet that weekly performance standard?
