Position Summary:

Crawford Construction Corp. is seeking a highly organized and proactive Client & Operations Support Coordinator to manage daily communication , scheduling , and workflow tracking across our construction and real estate teams. In this role, you will work directly with the CEO , Director of Development , Team Maintenance Coordinator , and Field Technicians to ensure projects and service requests stay on track. You’ll be the first point of contact for inbound calls and the operational anchor ensuring timely updates, clean documentation, and seamless coordination across multiple brands.

You will support:

  • Maintenance coordination, tenant/vendor communication, work order tracking Grand Haven Properties
  • Real estate development updates, grant submissions, and project documentation New business projects
  • Admin support, internal task organization, content uploads This is a remote/hybrid position with room to grow into Operations Lead , Executive Coordinator , or Brand Manager roles.

Key ResponsibilitiesCall Handling & Communication Answer inbound calls via RingCentral Use structured call templates to capture service request details Resolve or escalate inquiries quickly and efficiently Update Slack and Monday.com with clear communication logs Scheduling & Workflow Management Coordinate scheduling with tenants, vendors, and techs Manage task tracking in Monday.com and identify any delays Assign action items and notify leadership when jobs need escalation Ensure no missed appointments or unresolved tasks Administrative & Brand Support Upload documentation and photos to Google Drive , client portals , and Pruvan Direct Format proposals, documents, and reports (PDF/PowerPoint) Assist with content uploads (reels, captions, highlight covers) Maintain internal checklists for licensing, grants, flips, and active properties Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in admin, scheduling, or property coordination Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Proficient in RingCentral, Slack, Monday.com, Google Workspace, and Pruvan Direct Highly organized , reliable, and detail-oriented Able to multitask across departments and brands with minimal supervision
