Lead Caregiver/Assistant Scheduler 3.0 3.0 out of 5 stars Roswell, GA 30075 • Hybrid work Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Lead Caregiver and organized Assistant Scheduler to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating schedules for staff and clients within our community and personal home settings. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a compassionate approach to working with individuals with health issues and assistance with ADL’s. The Lead Caregiver/ Assistant Scheduler will ensure that all appointments, medication administration, and care activities are efficiently organized to provide the highest level of patient care. Duties Coordinate and manage schedules for staff and clients in a timely manner. Ensure that medication administration is scheduled appropriately for all patients. Collaborate with nursing staff to align ADL care plans with scheduled activities. Assist in organizing community events and activities that promote engagement among clients. Maintain accurate records of appointments, cancellations, and rescheduling needs. Provide support in first aid situations as needed, ensuring the safety of all individuals in care. Communicate effectively with Care Coordinator, patients, and families regarding scheduling changes or updates. Assist with daily living activities as necessary, including meal prep, light housekeeping and personal care tasks. Experience Previous experience in assisted living, memory care and home settings are preferred. Familiarity with medication administration processes is highly desirable. Background in community and home care or CNA/CMA is a plus. Experience working with individuals with disabilities is beneficial. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. Excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with clients and team members.
