• Position Overview:

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable
• Operations Specialist
• to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment and is eager to support operational processes that ensure client satisfaction and compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).

• Key Responsibilities:

• + Follow standard procedures to perform tasks such as logging and processing checks, handling documents, and managing CLEAR queues.

+ Make outbound calls and receive inbound calls from insurance carriers to resolve issues and gather information. + Research and resolve items received via faxes, reports, tasks, correspondence, and refund/return checks. + Provide backup support to meet client requirements and assist with additional duties or projects as needed. + Work efficiently within proprietary client and company systems.

• Qualifications:

• + High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. + Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures. + Comfortable working under supervision and adapting to new tasks as assigned. + Basic technical proficiency and ability to learn internal systems quickly. + Reliable attendance, strong teamwork, and a positive attitude are essential.
