Edible Brands® is an innovative, Atlanta-based company that acquires, develops, and manages a world-class portfolio of consumer and service brands. From our flagship brand, Edible Arrangements®, to the diverse portfolio under our umbrella—including Rōti Modern Mediterranean®, edible.com®, edibles.com™, freshfruit.com™, and BerryDirect®—we’ve revolutionized the way people experience food. As a dynamic, forward-thinking company, we are constantly evolving to deliver high-quality, innovative solutions that resonate with our customers and franchisees worldwide.
Purpose:
Edibles.com, a new venture from Edible Brands, is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Specialist to support the growth and development of our rapidly expanding e-commerce platform, focusing on hemp-derived THC products. This role will be instrumental in expanding our last-mile delivery network by supporting key fulfillment partners and ensuring seamless onboarding and operations across our Southeastern territory. As a critical link between internal teams and external partners, you’ll help identify new shipping partners, shape operational infrastructure, streamline compliance and training protocols, and oversee partner success throughout the entire lifecycle from lead generation through launch and beyond. You’ll thrive in this role if you have strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to navigate fast-paced, highly regulated environments.
Location:
This is an onsite role based at our Corporate Office in Sandy Springs, GA, with a Monday-Friday schedule. What that looks like day to day: Manage the full onboarding lifecycle, from contract distribution and redlining to signing and launch coordination. Deliver training and support in product handling, merchandising, inventory management, and in-store procedures. Develop and maintain SOPs, onboarding materials, and compliance documentation for partner use. Ensure smooth coordination of inventory delivery, product storage, and legal compliance related to in-store and delivery-based sales. Monitor regulatory requirements and partner adherence across markets and product categories. Act as the primary point of contact for franchisees post-onboarding, supporting daily operations, addressing compliance concerns, and resolving escalations. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships to drive partner success and program engagement. Collaborate with internal teams (legal, marketing, logistics, etc.) to align on rollout timelines, training needs, and inventory planning. Maintain visibility into pipeline activity and proactively follow up on outstanding tasks to remove operational blockers.
Requirements:
Professional Communication & Presentation Skills:
Able to confidently present the Edibles.com program, onboarding materials and training to new partners via video, phone, or in-person. Project Coordination & Process Management Ability to manage multiple concurrent onboarding processes, timelines, and documentation needs with accuracy and efficiency.
Operational Documentation & SOP Development:
Experience creating and maintaining standard operating procedures, training guides, or compliance materials.
CRM or Project Management Tool Proficiency:
Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Trello, Asana, or similar for tracking pipeline activities and partner status.
Basic Understanding of Compliance & Regulatory Practices:
Comfort navigating or learning regulated environments (e.g., alcohol, CBD, or THC-adjacent industries), especially related to product handling and sales.
Essential Competencies:
