People & Payroll Operations Specialist (7 months contract… ParkMobile US Atlanta, GA 30309 • Hybrid work Join our team as a People & Payroll Operations Specialist (7 months contract role) and be the driving force behind smooth HR processes, accurate payroll, and a positive employee journey in our dynamic, international environment! As part of the Global People Platform team, this role is essential for delivering exceptional day-to-day People operations. You will ensure accurate HR and payroll data, seamless payroll processing, and legal compliance across multiple regions. By collaborating closely with the broader People & Culture organization and cross-functional teams like Finance and IT, you will directly support employees and leadership, driving EasyPark’s growth and People strategy. Your work directly impacts our employees’ daily lives and contributes to EasyPark’s overall growth. You’ll collaborate with teams across the company, playing a vital role in shaping our positive and compliant workplace. Join us and make a real difference!

What You’ll Do:
Employee Onboarding:

Lead engaging onboarding sessions, manage HRIS data, and ensure seamless system access for new hires.

Payroll Administration:

Support payroll processing across diverse regions (North America, UK, Nordics, and Mainland Europe), collaborate with finance and legal, resolve complex queries related to international tax discrepancies and benefits calculations, and drive payroll improvement projects.

Benefits & Compliance:

Prepare HR documents, support benefits enrollment, maintain accurate personnel files, and ensure compliance with local and international regulations, including GDPR.

Project Management & People Initiatives:

Participate in global P&C projects, such as HRIS implementations and payroll system upgrades, drive continuous process improvements, and contribute to a unified employee experience.

Employee Support:

Provide comprehensive support across the employee lifecycle, serve as a resource for HR inquiries, and manage case resolution.

Employee Relations:

Build strong relationships with employee representatives and collaborate with international Works Councils, providing guidance on conflict resolution.

Regional Expertise & Compliance:

Ensure compliance with employment laws (including GDPR) across supported regions, provide expert guidance on HR matters, and draft/implement region-specific policies.

Workforce Data & Reporting:

Generate accurate workforce reports, track headcount, and provide compliance reporting.

Who You Are:

You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience in HR operations or payroll processing). You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in HR operations, payroll processing, or HR administration. You possess proven experience supporting workforces in North America (USA, Canada), UK, Nordics (e.g., Sweden), and Mainland Europe (e.g., Germany). You are proficient with HRIS and payroll systems (e.g., Workday, HiBob, iSolved, ADP). You have a strong understanding of payroll processing, tax regulations, and compliance requirements in multiple regions. You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment You have expertise in HR process improvement and project management.
